Journaling guidance for beginners & old pros.

Journaling guidance for beginners & old pros.

This is for Christian Women of Color who…

  • Lead busy lives and need a low-effort way to make time for their own wellness.

  • Are looking for the overlap between prayer & devotional time and journaling & meditation.

  • Crave tailored content where they can explore their culture, faith, race, gender, and ethnic background.

  • Like the idea of journaling but haven’t had success doing it on their own.

  • Want to become more reflective and less stressed but don’t know where to start.

Consistent journaling can change your life.

We’re talking less anxiety, stress, and confusion and more self-awareness, peace, and confidence.

Sound too good to be true? It’s really not.

By dedicating even a few minutes a week to spend reflecting and journaling with God, you’ll begin to feel big shifts internally and externally.

Never stare at the blank page again.

If you know journaling and devotions would be good for you, but you’ve never been quite sure where to start or what to write about—we’ve got you.

You’ll get a prompt emailed to you every single week so it’s one less barrier to get you going.

BONUS: To go with the prompt, you’ll also get a mix of verses, prayers, affirmations, reflection questions, and more!

Setting you up for success.

Have you ever committed to regular journaling or quiet time but life got in the way?

You can stop beating yourself up about it, because girl, that’s literally all of us!

We intentionally designed Journal Club to be guilt-free by carving out journaling time in each of our calls for you to tackle any prompts you haven’t had time for.

A dedicated space for Christian Women of Color

Get ready to hear a lot of “OMG, I thought that was just me!”

Surrounded by like-minded women, Journal Club is a safe space where you can be authentically you and feel wholly understood.

You’ll also get the chance to ask a mental and emotional wellness professional (who just so happens to be a pastor’s wife!) the kind of unspoken questions that swirl around in the back of our heads.

What’s inside Journal Club?

  • A journaling kit emailed every week

Get a fresh journal prompt in your inbox plus a combo of reflection questions, prayers and affirmations, Bible verses, and music to set the journaling vibe.

  • A co-journaling call every other week

We’ll meet on Zoom for half an hour, giving you a dedicated space to journal individually about the prompts you received then connect and pray as a group.

Who runs Journal Club?

As a Black woman and child of immigrants, Rachel has spent the better part of her life navigating cultural and familial expectations, while grappling with issues of identity, wellness, and faith.

This is why she now develops mindset and wellness programs for Christian BIPOC women, equipping them with tools for self-sufficiency, healthy coping mechanisms, and mindfulness techniques.
