Hey friend,

Welcome to
your becoming.

I guide Christian women of color as they navigate the journey of uncovering their authentic selves—helping them heal the past, ground the present, and enrich the future.

You can’t make room for new truths until you drop the old ones.

The way we move through life stems from things we’ve picked up along the way—the good, the bad, and the ugly. But after a while, we get weighed down by everything we’re carrying, trapped by the things we’ve internalized about ourselves and our place in the world.

We have to ask: Where did I learn that? Is it true? Who do I want to be?

And that’s where I come in. I help you peel back the layers and rediscover the core of who you really are by identifying unhelpful ideas and rewriting the rules for how you want to live your life.

Because you are in charge, but you can’t make room for new truths until you drop the old ones.

Girl, let your hair down.

How often do you walk into a room without worrying about how you need to present yourself? As a fellow woman of color, I’m willing to bet it’s close to never.

I feel strongly that breakthrough and growth only come when we feel safe to be open and vulnerable with someone who understands us. By pairing my lived experiences as a Christian Black woman and child of immigrants with specialized training in multicultural counseling, I aim to create a coaching environment where you feel uniquely known and heard.

In this judgment-free zone, we’ll laugh, cry, and never think twice about impressing each other. Come as you are— no makeup or code-switching required.
