You’ve been holding so much for so long.
It’s time to exhale and bloom again, sis.
Come regulate your nervous system and de-stress with prayer, mindfulness, and some good ol’ coloring.
Bloom Again is a sacred, one-day retreat created especially for Christian women of color who are ready to slow down, soften, and let God meet them in their weariness and wondering. If you’ve been showing up for everyone else but haven’t had a moment to check in with your own heart, this is for you.
Capitalism tricks you into overworking to prove your worth, family and friends pressure you into fitting into their idea of “good”, and toxic theology propels you towards perfectionism instead of into the loving arms of God… whew, it’s a lot sis.
So come to a space where you can take your mask off, breathe, and process all the tension, thoughts, and feelings. We’ll pray, practice mindfulness, color, journal, and all the things together (with some yummy snacks & drinks). You’ll get two coloring cards and take-home guide on how to keep managing all this stress, too.
Date: Saturday, October 25th, 10am-7pm
Location: The Hub NYC - 109 East 31st Street, New York, NY 10016
What’s included: $120 ticket includes lunch, snacks, drinks, 2 coloring cards, de-stress take-home guide, and more goodies that’ll be shared in-person!
*grab your discount code today by signing up for the waitlist!
*non-interest payment plans will be available
